CLIENT
The client is an Asia-based fintech company offering digital cross-border payment services to individual customers and businesses. It offers a suite of digital solutions for overseas money transfers, especially for firms managing cross-border businesses, on a single simplified transactional platform. The company combines international payments and collections, foreign exchange transactions and other send-and-receive services in several dozen countries and currencies. Since its systems conform to the highest security and data protection standards, the company is approved and licensed by federal regulators in Asia’s principal financial markets. Already, it has made deep inroads into remittance markets long monopolised by traditional banks and standard banking systems. The global remittance business is expected to hit $1 trillion in a few years, with developing nations accounting for over 50% of this.
REQUIREMENT
The client wanted to build branded social media presence in multiple languages. Web analytics, social media audit and CRM plus leads landscape needed to be revisited, revised and refreshed. Expertise across the length and breadth of the social media was required and StratAgile was chosen to execute the project.
RESULT
StratAgile came out with a comprehensive social media campaign plan and tapped into Key Opinion Leaders by engaging them constantly. The strategic planning with tactical steps spread across month after month of social media calendars, boost ads and incentive mixes marked by ‘free expert consultations’ added to effectiveness of the projects and took them to new heights. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram were leveraged to the fullest. Tangible and measurable improvements in acquisitions and retention processes indicated the success of both the projects.
