With a history of over 160 years, SingPost is Singapore’s postal service provider, responsible for mail services in one of the world’s busiest and most vibrant financial centres. Operating in 19 markets, SingPost has pioneered a variety of innovative mail and logistics solutions in eCommerce, including front-end web management, warehousing and fulfilment, last mile delivery and international freight forwarding. SingPost also offers end-to-end integrated and digital mail solutions, freight consolidation, self-storage operations, online shopping and shipping services, digital mailbox services, bill payment services, sampling and launch platforms, B2C digital marketing and sales in online marketplaces.
REQUIREMENT
With the digital era flagging off accelerated changes and warp speed delivery of services, SingPost felt the acute need of a well-ordained Postal Address File API. The premier postal service rightly envisioned this to be a key determinant in one of the most valuable revenue streams of it. Besides, address cleansing and outsourcing of data operations became a part and parcel of the equation as StratAgile was added in. Digital campaign ops for traditional mail services was an uncharted territory.
RESULT
